Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Order not received
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
